In the heart of Fitzroy, this beautiful home has undergone a complete internal renovation, seamlessly blending its original charm with contemporary design principles. Our artisans transformed key spaces to elevate the home's Mediterranean feel, staying true to its roots while introducing a modern flare found in inner Melbourne. Polished Venetian plaster was applied to the bathroom walls, sitting gracefully above the Carrara marble surfaces. Using Stucco Italiano Marmorino Fine in a custom Platinum Marmorino finish, we achieved a smooth, refined texture that enhances natural light and adds depth to the space.

The internal fireplaces became captivating focal points, adorned with Stucco Italiano Lava Plaster featuring a Russian Stamp Texture in a custom Eggshell Lava hue. This unique finish adds tactile richness and reinforces the Mediterranean ambiance throughout the home. Working closely with Sofiaa Interior Design, we were able to create an authentic and timeless finish, offering a home that reflects the vibrant character of Fitzroy with the depth and history of the building’s roots.
