Overlooking Melbourne's serene eastern botanical gardens, the Spring Street Penthouse embodies the modern luxury and sophistication of the city’s inner east.

The project called for a complete transformation of all walls and ceilings throughout the 500m² penthouse. To achieve this, our artisans applied polished Venetian plaster using Stucco Italiano Marmorino Medium in the shade of Allure. This choice of material and colour provided a smooth, marble-like finish that enhances natural light and adds depth to every room. Our team approached the application with attention to detail, adding a tactile richness which complements the penthouse's panoramic views of Melbourne's skyline and botanical gardens.
Working closely with Kestie Lane Studio, we aligned our techniques with the overall design aesthetic. This harmonious collaboration resulted in interiors that are both modern and timeless, offering the residents an elegant retreat which speaks to the rich history of the suburban surrounds. Renowned photographer Timothy Kaye captured the essence of the penthouse, highlighting the subtle textures and luminous finishes that define the space.
