As featured on The Local Project, the Stanley Residence stands as an landmark home in the historic North Adelaide, embodying modern luxury in this heritage-listed precinct. Conceived by some of Adelaide's most esteemed designers, Williams Burton Leopardi, and brought to life by Tandem, this project showcases what is possible when design meets unparalleled craftsmanship. We were entrusted with transforming key elements of this exceptional home — the centrepiece is a stunning three-story staircase, enveloped in polished Venetian plaster using Stucco Italiano Marmorino Fine in a Custom White finish. This choice provides a seamless, marble-like surface that accentuates the staircase's graceful curves and elevates its architectural significance.

Descending into the basement wellness area, the curved walls and ceilings are adorned with Stucco Italiano Marmorino Fine in the soothing shade of Stone Cloud. This polished plaster finish creates a serene ambiance around the marble pool, gym, and sauna, enveloping the space in tactile richness and subtle elegance. By working closely with Williams Burton Leopardi, we seamlessly aligned our techniques with their design vision, offering the residents an elegant result that reflects the sophistication of North Adelaide. Renowned photographer Caroline Cameron captured the essence of the Stanley Residence, highlighting the blend of textures, light, and grandiose space that define this extraordinary home.
